I officially finished my first semester of college! It flew by so fast and sadly I was pretty busy the entire time. I didn't get to review/swatch a lot of the new beauty stuff that I bought. So those are something that will be coming soon hopefully :)
I'm hoping to swatch the new palettes I got over Christmas and all of my MAC lipsticks. I suddenly went from owning one to eight in under two months. I couldn't control myself. Anywho, I did makeup on someone else for the first time today and it came out pretty nice. Just a soft neutral eye :3

E.L.F Studio Baked Blush- Pinktastic
Hello lovelies~
So in my most recent e.l.f haul I got my hands on one of the new baked blushes. There are four shades available at the moment and the one that I ordered was Pinktastic which is the lightest shade and seemed to be more of a highlighter than a blush. Since I've been on a crazy highlighter binge I knew I had to get it.
When I got it I was surprised at how light it was and it was a pinky/golden blush with light pink veins running through it. It is a gorgeous highlight and for only 3 dollars it's quite the steal.

This is what the packaging looks like and it was smaller than I expected, and like most baked products it comes in the dome shape. The packaging it a bit flimsy but nothing too bad.
Top: With flash. Bottom: Without flash, natural light.
Such a pretty shade!
Pinktastic swatched on my finger. The pigmentation in this is incredible, a little goes a long way!
The above photo is Pinktastic swatched without flash, and the bottom is with flash.
Overall this is a great highlight and it brings such a pretty and glowing look to the face. I'm not so sure about using this as an actual blush unless you're really into a sparkly, white frosty pink blush. It's super pigmented and lasts a long time. I also warn you to use this with a light hand unless you want to look like a disco ball :)
I highly recommend this and hey for 3 dollars? Sweet deal!
xoxo
